retainer :(

It's just as stupid as braces...I talk with a lisp that makes my s sound like sh

Normal retainers dont have the plastic on the roof of the mouth do they :(?

I don't have one with the wire thing though, so this one looks good but feels strange...hopefully I'll get used to it, seeing as I have to wear it 24/7

At the moment when I take it out, I swear it's moved one of my back teeth =/

I also bought a once a week whitening toothpaste, so we'll see how that goes
