human relations day (repost)

righto, so i had a blog up before but i was pretty pissed off and now im back to sanity thanks to a bit of piano therapy haha

well human relations day was on today, and it was really boring all day...

but MAN the school we were at...is HUGE omg =/ me and anna took 10 minutes to find the toilets, coz people kept directing us to different places.

anyway before recess = getting to know people, breaking the ice etc...i had: sara, anna, the other soph, katie, rachel, jackie, (let's test my name memory here *fail*) nick, dave, bart, auty, alex, jack, harry, will...i think that's it =/ anyway, watched a few scenes from particular movies (juno, remember the titans, 8 legged freaks and sisterhood of the travelling pants) and talked about relationship communication and boring stuff like that

recess time came round, CAKE WOOOOOOO. attempted to hang out with mark, josh and ? but teacher came round and kicked them away coz we HAD to socialise with year 10s =_____= after recess was the fun time, coz it was just group games :)

games:
- we all made a circle and there's a HUGE ball in the middle...2 people in the middle have to try and not get hit by the ball while everyone else tries to knock them with it :P
- tug-o-war (girls against boys, we won with 2 guys on our side :P)
- marco polo type game
- some random game with sticks...
- line up in order of bday without speaking, if you screw up everyone has to do pushups (3 people screwed up, punishment was 15 situps and 15 pushups and now my arms are dead)
- we lay down in a line and had to pass this little asian kid over the top of us without dropping him or our faces will get smashed
- passed a beanbag from head to head
- passed a tennisball from neck to neck (it was like neck sex haha)

after that, was LUNCH (i think food was the highlight of my day...) sausage sizzle, potatoes, salad, potato cakes, calamari and tea haha. we made alice drink salad dressing.....amusing stuff :P saw a few old school friends, only said hi to 2 of them though. you know how awkward it is when you know you recognise people, and you know they recognise you....but you just look away hahaha

so yeah, after lunch was more shoddy discussion time, the peer leaders (who did a great job :D) did some role playing and we had to talk aout rape, internet blah, meeting people and awkward situations etc etc

there was also an activity where we had to order a bunch of words (respect, honesty, being yourself, love, trust, sex etc etc) in order of importance in a relationship. all the guys had put sex up the top...surprise surprise

and after that was the part where the girls got together and wrote down ANY questions to ask the guys and vice versa :P it was funny, but it also pissed me off coz i learnt how disrespectful guys are towards girls...

girls: "if you were having sex with a girl, would you be afraid of hurting her?"
guys: "no"

girls: "if your girlfriend was ready for sex, would you dump her straightaway?"
guys: "yes"

those 2 pissed me off to a major degree...yeah, ive always heard that guys can be dickheads but i didn't think they'd be that blunt about it =/ those of you who caught my blog from a few hours ago will probably know how angry i was hahaha, really wanted to punch them all in the face

other questions that were asked and answered were things like
- how often do you jack off and for how long?
- do you think the size of your peepee matter?
- WHY DO GUYS LIKE BOOBS SO MUCH
- do periods gross you out
- what do girls do to look hot before a party
- how often do girls wear g-strings
- do you shave down there?

ETC ETC :D :D hahahah, yeah well...horny boys and sick minded girls :)

hmph but im just gonna do a bit of "contain yourself soph" bitching about year 10 guys now...they're so immature =__= there's the occasional niceguy but most of them are pretty much idiots who think they're too cool...that's all im saying

in general the day sounded like fun but it sucked more than it was fun...and ive concluded that being a girl > being a guy, and year 11 boys > year 10 boys

fin.
