soph turns fifteen

let's start by saying that i love my friends :] they're the best in the world and i don't care if you think your friends are better, because...because yeah :] susan got me a curling iron, but in the card she wrote "i dunno what textbooks you wanted, so i hope you like maths" AND I FUCKING FELL FOR IT!! I SERIOUSLY THOUGHT SHE GOT ME MATHS BOOKS AHAHAHHAHA. lisa got me a dress last week which im dying for summer to come around so i can wear it :] err, grandma gave me $100 and so did annette's mum. i was supposed to get a book (that i of course, don't know about xP) but amanda didn't come so yeah, i should get that tomorrow. steph's coming in a sec to give me something (i think it's a shirt that says IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES BREAK DANCE) so i'll just wait til she comes before i post this blog (i feel spoilt, she got me the shirt, chocolates, a lollipop and a metoyoubear noteholder thing, with a pic of me, sus and her pulling a retarded face stuck in it :P)

while i wait, i'd like to say:

THE TRAINS HERE SUCK!!! OUT OF ALL THE DAYS MY TRAIN LINE HAD TO BE DOWN, IT HAD TO BE ON MY BIRTHDAY!!?!!?!! juls got to burwood and her mum had to drive to ashburton cause she got confused with the whole bus thing. we got on the bus to camberwell station and crammed our way onto the train and got to flinders 20 minutes late. our HELLO's and *HUGS* kinda blocked the way of everybody who was trying to get out of the barriers though LOL. min was wearing thongs so we bullied her by standing on the back of them :] we went to laser wars first, which was fantaaastic fun :D :D :D

WHY?!

BECAUSE I WOOOOONNNNNNNN!! there was another group of 7 people that we were against and one of the girls in the group was having her birthday as well :P we sang happy birthday to her and i was like MEEE TOOO!!!! and they sang happy birthday to me, so much less enthusiastically...but oh well :] it was awkward but i liked it anyway ahaha

i thought all those videogamer looking guys would kick our little girly butts, but we lost by a tiny bit :P and i even beat MIN which is a first O__O! so for the rest of the day i'll just be stuck up about winning, dont mind me... :D

after that, we were thinking either stay and do nothing for a while, and watch the simpsons at crown, but we decided to RUN AFTER TRAMS (silly min :P) to get to photoplus and back in time. that didnt quite work out, cause we ran after the WRONG tram, min got mocked by some guy who was driving cause she was making strange noises, and we never made it back from photoplus

BUT we got to photoplus :P did our lil asian (+ juls....and me) camwhoring thing, which is hard when you cram 6 people into a little booth, ahaha. and the photos came out bonusphoto sized =__= but that's okay :D then the asians went to china town for some reason, me and juls with to MC to get tickets for the simpsons BUT WE FREAKING FOUND OUT THE 4:00 WAS DIRECTORS SUITE >: so juls had to leave, tamama and lisa had to leave and it was (yet again) just me, min and erika. we watched i now pronounce you chuck and larry which was HILARIOUS, BUT WE STILL HAVENT SEEN THE SIMPSONS!!! grrrrrr.

mins grampa was supposed to find her but we realised that he doesnt have a phone and err =/ yeah. so we decided to train home together, but her gramps found her in the last couple of minutes :P he's exactly the same as my grandma, the way he thinks O__o its annoyingly scary haha. so yeah, we talked about hair in the train :P me and min i mean. and hair *comma* in the train. not...yeah anyway O__o she was gonna buy protective spray, volumising shampoo and hairspray but never did any of that :P i love you min, you're such a strange little alien.

my teeth elastics taste like gum and popcorn. happy birthday to me.

BIG DAY IN !!

TODAY WAS AWESOME :D i LOVE this week, it's such a NOTHINGG week

yesterday was periods 1-4 doing pretty much nothing except for listening to people talk about tattoos and piercings.

today we double PE (circuit training: step ups, crunches, burpees, quadricep sits, push ups, shuttle run, oval run, agility run, sprints, skipping and tricep dips) which is yeah, a work out but a bludge :P after recess we got this codething so we could get onto the school net at home...and then english, but we're pretty much done with our project so i went with people to the library (collect printing), art room (get paper) and gym (retreive missing pencil case). we ended early anyway, because.............................

BIG DAY IN :D

had a BLAST, not because the big day in was on, but cause we spent our time missing period 5 and taking photos for a reason which min should clarify on my birthday O__o but we took some really cute/photographesque photos :]

haha, i especially love the one of kiki and juls on the outside of the tube! and min & kiki look like lovers in the one above HAHA. but it was a nice concept :] and the last one...what are we looking at xP?

theres more, but they're portrait so they don't fit nicely in here cause i stuffed up the alignment...ohwell :D

and we made $5000 for bangladesh! YAY.

started taekwondo today :] reallyreally like it, though my right butt cheek is sore right now...cause you had to know and all =/

my right arm is so much stronger than my left, i feel weird and out of balance when i punch...damn tennis. min's a slacker, wanting to skip to black belt straightaway. ahahha. i want the uniform, i feel strange in normal clothes around people who are all uniformed up. this is all part of PE, but i still really wanna keep doing taekwondo, its a good way to take out emotions ahahha.

it sucks how we have to write out so many training sessions for PE. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A FUN SUBJECT, WE SHOULDNT NEED TO GET HOMEWORK >:[

in other news I SERIOUSLY WANT A MACBOOK!!!! REALLY BAD!!! AGFHALSKDJHASLJDKH it's likely i'll get one, so that's okay. BUT HOW LONGGGG DO I HAVE TO WAIITTTT...next year =__+ at least i'll finally be able to move all my pictures, music and videos and all that junk OFF this laptop to free up space for school. plus, it'd make graphics and stuff a lot easier (or so they say)

hm, no chinese school this week and ITS MY BIRTHDAY ON SUNDAY :D :D :D thanks lisa for the pressie *loves it*....school people are planning something...wait, sorry i mean BITCHING about me :P and i really wanna know what they're planning...err, i mean...saying :] GAHHHHHH!

got the braces done up again today, new elastics (no more penguins...RAMS O__o) and the guy bent the wire around to do something funky to my mouth. it canes right now, but i'll get over it in a few..days or weeks x__X

BIG DAY IN IS ON WEDNESDAY!!! YAAAAAY. totally can't wait, mostly for the fact that we dont have to wear school uniform. ugh, i really need to study for my theory exam, especially the set work (schubert unfinished symphony) i gotta know stuff about =/

gotta love and hate fridays

i woke up and i thought it was saturday, so naturally i felt like punching mum when she said it was friday =__= plus, i forgot my diary and pencil case, which is basically everything. but i borrowed amanda's FATFAT pencil ahaha

our card game lunchtimes have morphed into this massive uno craze :D by massive, i mean it literally. 2 decks of uno cards and 12 people (i think), one game lasting for almost half an hour. record number of draw*insertcardnumberhere* is fourteen HAHA, and it was on viv, i believe. NERDS MUCH :D?? you love it. and i got a chance to take more macro shots of people's eyes, but the lighting sucked in most of them :[

downloaded the annual concert recordings off the share drive, we sounded really crap to be honest. it sounds good when you're performing, but not when you hear it back. or maybe i just have really high expectations.

filled out my subject selection form, stuffed it up along the way but it should be okay :]

i've decided to do (in preference order):
- Japanese
- VCE Music Units 1 & 2
- Art2: 20th Century Styles
- Business Studies
- Visual Communication Skills

hope i get them. i'll be MAJORLY pissed if i dont do those subjects next year, none of the others appeal to me at all to be honest...

is it not silly for your friends to plan you a "surprise" birthday when you're right next to them? they kicked me out 3 times so they could plan it O__o oh well, i wanna know what they've planned.

annoyed that i can't go to taekwondo on monday cause of the orthodontist. i'll get my way round that. vic got her braces, i can't wait til that baby tooth thing just drops out of her mouth LOL. WE'RE ALL GONNA HAVE PERFECT SMILES YAY :D <-- like that :]

had a double piano lesson ish thing, i was pretty much practicing during the lesson :P then megan came, we rehearsed our concert things, but it was mainly my shoddy piece...david came in (with a funkylooking haircut O__o) and i thought it was his dad. he said it was sounding good LOL *COUGHCOUGH*, megan's doing an awesome job THANKYOU :D

chinese whispers

HAHA LUNCHTIMES ROCK HAHAHAHAHA

so for some reason we decided to play chinese whispers at lunch, IT WAS THE MOST HILARIOUS THING EVERR. in our circle of people we used mandarin, shanghai dialect, cantonese, japanese, korean, vietnamese, german and italian...so we tested them out in chinese whispers :] things came out as NO MANS DICK and all this crap....ahahha.

that triggered this massive yelling match between erika and min (jap and mando) which totally didn't work, cause they didnt know what they were yelling at each other :]

julia became an egg (white on the outside, yellow on the inside) i became a banana (yellow on the outside, white on the inside) min was a melon (...err, brainless? i dunno) and erika was a coconut (black on the outside, white on the inside. lmao) min made up a story that went like this:

one beautiful day a girl climbed up a coconut tree and picked a coconut. she went home and CHOPPED THE COCONUT AND IT DIED etcetc.

oh, all this was also happening while playing cards too. haha

I LOVE SUNDAY

...BECAUSE SUNDAY'S ARE FOR DOING NOTHING :D

i'd rolled out of bed for barely 10 minutes when min called me though, asking me to lie for her (again) and say that i was going to the footy with her and hao and tan. i was pretty much saying NO I WILL NOT LIE FOR YOU AGAIN BECAUSE IF THEY FIND OUT THEY WILL LOSE MY TRUST AND YOU CANNOT GO OUT EVER AGAIN. and i was about to change my mind, but i think someone unplugged her phone line =/

but yeah, an hour something later, hao and i were texting and calling trying to get to min and see if she was going or not (i'm her favourite messenger) and it was all screwed up until she called me and told me she was running to flinders st lmfao.

that was drama number one, and it had nothing to DO with me LMAO.

had a theory lesson since i cancelled yesterdays...my god the questions i had to do were a BITCH, i finished them 20 minutes before my lesson haha. i have 3 lessons til my exam, i am so very screwed.

i washed my hair and parted it a bit more across than usual, my fringe is soooo soft right now :D

so after nagging viv for about a week, we got to go to highpoint today :D and we got lost so many times ON THE WAY there. we were on the right road all along, but vivs mum was reading the wrong page of the melway, so we went back...then we turned and went towards the city, went back and then ended up where we started...which was the right place :] wasted about half an hour, but it was no big deal since we got there on time

highpoint is so overrated, its not that massive...just cause it has more parking space than chaddy, gosh. it's pretty narrow and when you walk in it's...level 3 O__o so we found the escalators (which look pretty awesome from the stage) and found where we were meant to be

we bought a single for $3 (cheap much?) and a random lady came up to us and said she wanted to take a photo for a newspaper/magazine for high schools O__o so we did our cheesy posing with out CDs...if anyone sees this, let me know?

we told the security guard viv was hao's brother LMAO, cut the queue and waited for 10-15 minutes ish (for ricki to put her eyelashes on ahaha) and she came out, sang sunshine, BRAND NEW DAY (SOUNDS AWESOME) and can't touch it (click here for the vid)

went up to get the CD signed, got my photo...err, taken



that is so not attractive :D and not just me either. ahahah

wandered around, came back for no reason...talked to amy for a bit and wanted to retake my shoddy photo (NOT SILLY ENOUGH >:[) but decided against that, the security guard wouldve thought it was suss that hao was gone...

so yeah, that was basically it. took us only half an hour to get home, uncluding picking up eric from notsure :P and including losing my house. ahahha

so that's all the fun bits, im just gonna rant about the uneccessary chinese school because i can...well i got there this morning and walked past a guy wearing BRIGHT ORANGE BOARDIES LOLMOAKDJ?DHSLKJ. so i held in my laughter (kinda) and squeaked. haha. it made the 2 new guys turn around, they were twins and it was obvious, but i had no idea until the teacher said so O__o they're uber good at chinese, it makes me look even stupider. MAKING OUR POSTERS WERE HEAPS FUN THOUGH, WE HAD TO MAKE A POSTER ABOUT SMOKING. and viv, cc and i made one that said "SMOKING IS SUICIDE" in chinese, with a hangman holding a cigarette and a hangmanslover who died from 2nd hand smoke. and down the bottome it said something like "smoking kills you, and the ones you love." it looked pretty shit, but meh. oh and something amusing happened about putting boobs in a jar...
